Our volunteer programs are designed to suite the needs of the community and the skills, talents and passion of the volunteer. We adhere to the principles of cultural fusion as we implement the Volunteer programs. The main objective of the programs we run is to create a bridge for the flow of opportunities, resources and knowledge amongst the volunteers and the host institutions and communities. We focus on helping the volunteers and the host institutions or communities to build strong bonds and creating of good quality leaders who can serve the world at large.

Volunteering with Tumaini for Refugee Women in Nakivale Refugee Settlement has been an immensely rewarding experience. Witnessing the transformative impact of Tumaini’s programs, particularly in empowering refugee women, has been both inspiring and humbling. The organization’s dedication to providing holistic support, from education to economic empowerment and psychosocial services, truly makes a difference in the lives of those affected by displacement.
